Havenly, Gilbert

The “Havenly, Gilbert” will become a development of 157 “Build-to-Rent” homes in Gilbert, AZ near Recker & Warner Rd.

These photos are of the infrastructure (beginning of the project—lots of underground utilities that must go in first).

Blucor Contracting is the expert contractor for Cast-in-Place Slipform pipes, mostly used for storm drainage. We are excited to work with them on this project.
